I'll give you some merit for trying but the "Vote 5's" and lack of animation as well as the all male voices did not help. As it has been mentioned, try and make a 2 - 4 second loop of smooth animation and then repeat it (making about 4 different loops for 4 positions). Other then that it was ok for a first try.
